֎ Taking CDS

The 3 golden rules of CDS

Waiting times

Medication intake

Foods to avoid during a CDS cure

You feel better ?

Feeling better doesn't mean you're on the right dose, only that that dose is starting to work. Keep increasing until you start to feel like it's too much and then go back to the previous dose. After a while, you can start increasing again and so on until you recover.

For internal use

No precipitation.

You should not want to go faster than the music, in this case, what your body is ready to receive.

We will therefore start with small doses and gradually increase over the days, until we reach the optimum effective dose. It is possible that during these increases we exceed what our body can absorb, in this case we will feel discomfort and in extreme cases there may be a so-called Jarisch-Herxheimer reaction (or “Herx” for the intimate) which is a symptom of short-term detoxification (a few hours to a few days).

Herx is often the result of too much CDS destroying more pathogens than the body can normally eliminate, resulting in a buildup of toxins that causes the body to react inflammatoryly.

This results in the following symptoms:
● fever, ● sweats and chills, ● rapid heartbeat, ● heart palpitation, ● feeling short of breath, ● various pains including muscle and joint pain, ● headache, ● difficulty concentrating, ● insomnia, ● swollen glands, ● tinnitus (ringing in the ears), ● sinusitis, ● pruritus, ● digestive disorders, ● fatigue, ● unstable emotions, ● sluggishness, ● allergic type rash.

More severe forms are very rare with Chlorine Dioxide.

In case of overdose of CDS, it is recommended to take a teaspoon of Baking Soda in a glass of water. Previously it was recommended to take vitamin C to neutralize CDS, but this is no longer recommended.

Same in case of overdose of MMS [ NaClO2 ], the bicarbonate will neutralize the hydrochloric acid of the stomach and the activation of NaClO2 will be lower, so there will be less ClO2 release.

To make a break

After following a protocol for more than 21 days, you can take a break for 7 days and take the opportunity to eat antioxidant foods such as fruits.

CDS inhibitors

 Vitamin supplements, ● Citrus fruits, ● Vitamin C, ● Honey, ● Tea, ● Coffee, ● Alcohol, ● Antioxidants, ● Baking soda.

Hold in Mouth method (HiM)

During the daily consumption of CDS (Ex. protocol C), this method can be practiced. With high doses, you may experience throat irritation due to high levels of Chlorine Dioxide. One way to reduce irritation is to use the Mouth Hold Method.

MMB is simply holding CDS in your mouth for a period of time. The author of this method explains how it works:

"ClO2 will be delivered perlingually by absorption through the buccal mucosa, tongue, and inner surfaces of the cheeks. Also, sublingually under the tongue and sublingual glands."

By following the MMB, there will be less ClO2 to bother your throat when you eventually swallow the dose of CDS.

As a bonus, it will whiten the teeth and disinfect the oral cavity.

In external use

CDS, even pure, can be used on the skin in the form of a spray or gel to treat contusions or bruises.

It will also have a softening and healing effect on mosquito bites, burns or osteoarthritis pain.
Note that the gel will have a slightly prolonged action compared to the spray.

CDS should not be used for occlusive dressings in concentrated form, for longer than 20 minutes, as this may cause severe irritation. In all cases, IMMEDIATELY remove the dressing in the event of tingling or a "even slight" burning sensation, and rinse thoroughly with clear water.

Contraindications

The pill.

Some information seems to say that the CDS and the birth control pill do not mix. The action of the latter could be canceled.

Corticosteroids.

Other drugs.

There is no known interaction with most medications. We will maintain a one hour interval between CDS and drugs.

֎ Safekeeping of CDS and other products

How to store Sodium Chlorite

Sodium Chlorite [ NaClO2 ] powder should be stored in its original packaging, protected from light and in a cool place.

For the solution of the latter (CS-25), it should preferably be stored in an amber bottle, protected from light and in a cool place.

How to store Hydrochloric Acid

Hydrochloric Acid [ HCl ] will be stored whatever its concentration, in a plastic or glass bottle, well closed.

How to keep the CDS

Pure CDS should preferably be stored in the refrigerator (1) and in an amber glass bottle (2) with a plastic stopper ensuring a good seal (never a cork stopper (3)).

It is better to keep CDS in several small bottles (Ex. 250 ml), rather than in a large one of 1 liter or more, in this way they will be opened less often, because with each opening you potentially lose some of the gas which accumulates in the empty part of the bottle.

For the diluted CDS intended for the consumption of the day, it is imperative to put it in a bottle which does not let penetrate the light, but it will not be essential to preserve it in the refrigerator provided that the stopper is well sealed.

It is possible to ship CDS (eg by post), refrigeration is not necessary during transport, provided that the bottle is completely filled and tightly closed. The bottle must be protected from shocks and especially from light.

Upon arrival at destination, it is recommended to put the bottle in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours before opening it.

Note: Since CDS is a gas dissolved in water, it behaves like a soda bottle, as long as the bottle is tightly closed, the gas will not escape. And to prevent too much gas from escaping when opening the bottle, it is best to let it rest in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours before opening it, as you would for a bottle of Coke that has been shaken.

(1) Gaseous Chlorine Dioxide [ ClO2 ] evaporates from water from 11°C (it can be kept out of the refrigerator but gas will be lost each time the bottle is opened).
(2) Chlorine Dioxide fears light and more particularly Ultra Violets, hence the need to use a UV filter bottle.
(3) The cork, already porous at the start, will be degraded by the CDS and will quickly become even more porous.

֎ Q&A on CDS

Disinfect water

To disinfect water, we will take:

Note: But heavy metals, wastes are in principle oxidized and rendered harmless, the body will eliminate them more easily.

Abbreviations, acronyms and symbols used

MMS Chlorine Dioxide obtained by activating a 25% Sodium Chlorite solution (*) with either 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid, so named by Jim Humble (the MMS is counted in drops). This term is also occasionally used to refer to Sodium Chlorite.

MMS1 Same as MMS.

MMS2 Calcium HypochloriteCa(ClO)2 ].

ppm Parts per million (Ex. 3000 ppm = 0.3% or 3‰).

(*) Note from Sébastien D:
MMS is normally a 22.4% solution of sodium chlorite (not 25%, which is a dosage specific to the manufacture of CDS,...). Sometimes it will also be indicated 28% on the bottle of sodium chlorite.
In fact it is exactly the same as when it is noted 22.4%, simply because 22.4% represents the share of pure sodium chlorite. However, pure sodium chlorite is practically never used, but in general a purity of 80%. So there are 20% salts other than sodium chlorite. If we consider all the salt present in the solution for the MMS, this represents 28%.But if we consider only the active ingredient that interests us (sodium chlorite) then in this case, it represents 22.4% of the mixture.

Make CDS Gel

Well, I forced the image a bit, but you will have understood the meaning.

Applications of CDS Gel

A gel, yes, but for which applications, for which pathologies and for which effects?

CDS gel is particularly suitable for topical applications.

For example :
👉 Bruises, Blows,
👉 Itching,
👉 Insect bites,
👉 As a disinfectant gel (hydroalcoholic gel type),
👉 Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis,
👉 Skin problems: Shingles, Eczema, Acne, etc., but also Cancers and external Tumors), Scars.

In application to the thorax:
👉 Lung well-being.

In application on areas:
👉 Local over-oxygenation (excellent for co-vacuum).

The gel has the ability (compared to DMSO in the Patch protocol) to hydrate the skin rather than dry it out.

It penetrates less deeply than the Patch protocol, but it still penetrates much more than CDS sprayed on the surface of the skin.

It remains to optimize the stability of the product (always keep cold, away from light, check that the cap is well clipped, perhaps keep the gel in glass bottles of 200ml or less and only fill one tube or one Roll-On at a time).

How to make CDS Gel

Basically, there are two schools for making CDS gel:

A priori the second method seems to be less good in the sense that the mixing of the gelling agent in the CDS takes time and during this time the ClO2 gas can evaporate.

Gelling products

For gelation, we have the choice between several products:

Hypo ~ Iso ~ Hyper

HYPO- means lower(1)

ISO- means equal(2)

HYPER- means higher(3)

In our case, we have to compare the salinity of sea water to the salinity of blood plasma. Hypertonic seawater is a liquid extracted from the ocean and has a salinity of approximately 33 grams of salt per litre. Isotonic seawater is the same liquid whose salinity has been reduced by diluting it with distilled or spring water to obtain a salt concentration of 9 grams per liter, which is equivalent to that of the human body.

(1) Definition of hypo- sub: low: below normal. eg: hypoblast, hypodermic.

(2) Definition of iso-equal: identical, for example: isometric “having equal measures”. Prefix used in chemistry to designate an isomer of an organic compound (a molecule composed of the same atoms but arranged differently).

(3) Definition of hyper-above: beyond: superior, for example: hypermarket, hypersensitive.
